Bug HLG

SIR I have been a member of the Bug group 
for quite a while been out of it for a while when I came back i was told by the 
computer that if I was using windows 7 that I would have to upgrade to Google 
Chrome or fire fox . I went with fire fox due to the fact that I uploaded Google 
chrome some time ago and I had to take it to a repairman to get it out of my 
computer .nowhere on there site is an unsubscribe box .My opnion they are the 
worst.!! 
    So I loaded in Firefox 
and still can't get messages from the saight.
   What am I doing
