Subject: Re: Mods for SAL?
I have been flying "The Bug" for about a year. It will SAL fine and all I have done is add a .056 layer of fiberglass with CA to the wing tip for strength. I have also sprayed the fuse with 3M77 and added the .056 FG to it with CA. It helped because I was learning and had some hard landings. The CA and FG do not add much weight. You should build a second wing with an extra #3 rib on both sides. That extra rib adds a lot of area and not much weight. It will make it a little less responsive but it will float even better. --- In BugHLG@yahoogroups.com, "balsabreath <alclark@k...>" <alclark@k...> wrote: > A friend just told me about this group.
