I have to agree. The only time I've heard of a problem with fiberglass is chopped fiberglass being inhaled. No problem with cloth.

What is so dangerous about fiberglass cloth? Seems pretty benign to me compared to carbon and the allergies that some develop to balsa dust, ca and epoxy.
Angle the control horn so that the hole is situated directly above the hinge line.
