Subject: Carl Dowdy e-mail?
Does Carl Dowdy have e-mail? I'd like to get in touch with him. I'd like to give him a free set of plans for my Gambler. I figure it's the least I owe him for inspiring the design and introducing me to the wonderful sport of HLG flying. Al

LOL I used an 830 mAh LiIon cell in my Bug - almost 1 oz.! You'll be in good shape for sure. Al On Mon, 2004-05-17 at 14:29, oldtalorcraft wrote: > I should not have covered my last Bug . I should not have covered my last Bug . It looks great, but covering the tail added enough weight to the tail that I had to put two 170 li- pos in parallel in the nose. Instead of a single 170 like my last bug. So 2 extra grams for the cover and now 4 extra to balence.thats almost a 1/4 oz. Oh well! I wont have to worry about running my batteries low anyway with 340 mah.
