It will move them with 4 oz. of torque, but a hard throw or a rough landing will likely overwhelm and strip them. They are also about 50% slower than a Hitec HS35  which has 400% more torque.. Even the budget HS40 is twice as powerful.

You can be sure there will be frequent rough landings in everyday use..

Furhtermore, though each servo will weight more than your brick, you'll need the weight to CG the bug.. It would be better to carry the weight in a robust system, rather than in a delicate system + a hunk of lead, in my opinion.

I have a AR6400 brick from a parkzone champ. I plan to use this radio set up in a new Bug That I am building. Does anyone think this set-up will have enough torque to move the control surfaces?
