Hi there. I always use a drop of Cyano (not the water-thin one) for the carbon tube joints and, unless I am in a hurry, PVA for the rest. Joints are quite stong enough as designed although I always now add triangular gusset inboard of the wing tip/final rib and the t/edge as there can be some flex there from launches.  I have now built, I thnk, eight of these and they are wonderful.  MarkM --- On Mon, 18/2/13, Night <nightowl_pariah@yahoo.com> wrote: From: Night <nightowl_pariah@...> Subject: [BugHLG] Glue? To: BugHLG@yahoogroups.com Date: Monday, 18 February, 2013, 4:02 I am building my first Bug.  I'm going to build it stock, but I have a question.  What is the best adhesive to use to glue the ribs to the carbon tube spar?  Or do you bother gluing it?  Are the glue joints between the ribs, leading edge and trailing edge, and covering enough to keep the ribs solidly in place?  Thanks.
