Hi Ernesto,
It all depends on how you plan to launch your Bug. If you plan to use side
arm (discus) launch then use the cruciform as it is much better for the
sideways forces during the launch. If javelin type throw is for you then the
V-tail is fine.

I will began to build my BUG. Could anyone said to me if is
recommended the tail V or regular (estab. + rudder). I have the
aleiron function in my RC transmitter, so no problem for the V tail.
