Ernesto.
Yes. The Bug can be launched with a highstart. You just have to make sure that the highstart rubber is the right size for the small Bug.
A lot of people have stretched the wingspan of the bug to about 34 inches (87 cm) by adding an extra rib bay on each side of the wing center secion.
