As regards the BugX Plan printing too small. I extracted the image from the Acrobat document, plugged it into Gimp and then resized the image.
I printed out the wing section and the scale graph and taped them together and took a photo with a yardstick in it to show the scale.
The graph when compared to a ruler measures the inch scale correctly. The wing prints out approximately 30" which i suspect allows for the dihedral and the wing when assembled to measure 29.1"
I guess there is no way to attach an image or PDf to a reply or post so I'll add them to the files and photos section.
