Guy's:
I would like to suggest that templates could be made for the S3014,S8040 and even thr Drela foils as time and ambition allows.
{of course its easy for me to suggest since it is not my time and effort }
Then we could build spare wings and test differences real time as change over would amount to removing one bolt.
I have been using balsa from my scrap box for my build {still lots left}and purchased enough carbon [1/8] for a couple of bugs so I am ready
Thanks for all the contributions !
Mike

Hi John,
here is a comparison of the two airfoils. Selig 3014 Vs Selig 8040
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BugHLG/photos/album/520307090/pic/1466294142/view?picmode=original&mode=tn&order=ordinal&start=1&dir=asc
I will overlay the bug airfoil tonight onto the Selig 3014. It will be quite interesting to see as the Selig 8040 is looking spot on with the overlay.
Thanks for you huge input! It is very appreciated.
All the plans are drawn and just awaiting the primary wing set. (the slimmed up ribs)
Kind Regards
Alan
