Alan, There's a couple of things that should be changed. The control horns need to be at a steeper angle so that the hole is above a point just ahead of the front bottom edge. This places the hole over the hinge line so you get equal control movement in both directions. Does anyone else think the rudder needs to be a larger percentage of the vertical tail surface? I believe the hinge line needs to be moved forward at least 1/4 inch. For those of us who will be cutting our own ribs, would it be possible for you to have a separate drawing with just the ribs and subribs fitting on one or two pages (8.5x11) for easy printing. I'm most interested in the AG37 set but maybe one set for the fat airfoil and another for the AG37 with subribs? If you are pressed for time you can send me the dwg file and I'll do this. As Chris said, you've done a great job with the plan. We all owe you a debt of gratitude.
