This thread is all on the Manta and earlier there are construction notes and an "unlocked"plan which can't be printed. The designer seems to have disappeared.

I like this. I actually built a plane like this called the Model K. It looked cool, but I struggled with CG. I'd be happy to try building one, though.

It actually has the sweep taken out. It does look cool, but the good thing about the sweep back of the Bug wing is that it makes it easier to balance - it shortens the tail moment and puts the nose weight further ahead of the CG.
